R1, an employee at Dollar Tree (V1), reported today that D1 entered the store and stole approximately $300 worth of merchandise. D1 then fled the store.

Deputies arrived in the area and located D1 with the stolen merchandise. D1 was arrested and charged with retail theft. All stolen property was recovered and returned to the store.

D1 and V1 were in a verbal argument when D1 struck V1 in the face. V2 attempted to stop the fight when D1 then struck her in the face.

D1 additionally struck V3, a juvenile, and fled the scene. D1 then came back and attacked V1 again. D1 was subsequently arrested for battery prior conviction x2 (DV), felony battery and child abuse.

V1 and D1 who are in a committed relationship, live together and have a child in common, were in a verbal altercation. D1 then attempted to leave in a vehicle.

Due to her intoxicated state, V1 took the keys from the vehicle's ignition and went back into the residence. D1 followed and attempted to obtain the keys from V1.

She then struck V1 multiple times in the head and neck, causing redness and swelling. V1 did not require medical attention.

D1 advised the altercation turned physical, but did not provide any additional information. D1 was taken into custody and charged accordingly.

DCF was notified due to a juvenile being in the home.

V1 and D1 arrived at Lowe’s for a child exchange. During the exchange, a verbal altercation began and D1 grabbed V1 as she was trying to put their daughter in the car.

D1 left the scene but was located at his residence in Deland and taken into custody.

D1 was upset over V1 not having the air conditioning in the house fixed. D1 grabbed V1 by the back of his neck and pulled it down.

V2 was recording the incident, and when D1 realized it, she charged at V2 and smacked her hand, causing the phone to fall. The entire incident was caught on cell phone camera. D1 was taken to the Branch Jail without incident.

D1 was heavily intoxicated and yelling at family members in the home. During his rampage, he pushed his live-in girlfriend's adult son, starting a physical fight.

D1 was arrested for being the primary aggressor of the incident.

D4 deputies were notified of suspicious persons traveling in a dark-colored pickup truck looking into vehicles with a flashlight in the 1000 block of Whitewood Dr., via a RING real-time neighborhood alert.

Deputies flooded the area and ultimately located the suspicious vehicle parked partially in the wooded area behind the Vann Park baseball field. Both occupants were arrested for Loitering & Prowling, and other charges. Deputies also canvassed the area and did not locate any car burglaries.

V1 and V2, parents of D1, were in a verbal altercation with D1, during which he struck V1 multiple times in the head/face with an open hand. D1 then armed himself with a crossbow which he pointed at V2, instructing V1 to comply with his demands or stating he would kill V2.

V1 attempted to disarm D1 and was subsequently struck again, then choked by D1. Deputies arrived at the above residence and witnessed D1 attacking V1. D1 was taken into custody and charged accordingly. Fire/Rescue responded and treated V1; no additional medical attention was deemed necessary.

V1 and D1, who have lived together for more than 10 years and have a child in common, were in a verbal argument, during which D1 threw a cellular telephone, striking V1 in the back.

D1 then bit V1 on the back, causing minor injury. D1 denied the argument became physical. Based on V1's injury, D1 was taken into custody and charged accordingly.

V1 and D1 have two children in common. D1 went to V1's residence to pick up the children, O1 and O2. W1 allowed D1 entry into the home. While inside, D1 got into a verbal argument with V1 and pushed V1 to the ground, causing an injury to her left tricep.

D1 then forced entry into V1's bedroom, causing damage to the door frame. When D1 was notified of law enforcement being called, he left the scene. D1 was later located, taken into custody and charged accordingly.

Juveniles W1 and W2 witnessed the incident. V1 and W1 wrestled the gun away from D1. D1 was determined to be the primary aggressor and was arrested for aggravated assault.

S1 and S2 were at Walmart scanning multiple items. They were confronted by loss prevention on the way out and fled in a vehicle. The total theft equaled $86.46.

V1 and D1, who are mother and daughter, reside together. During a verbal altercation, D1 threw a pan, striking V1 in the face. D1 then threw V1 through a closet door and into a table in the kitchen.

V1 advised she did not need medical attention. D1 refuted V1's account, saying the damage within the home was approximately 5 years old. Based on physical evidence, D1 was taken into custody and charged accordingly.

S1 then left the scene prior to deputies' arrival. V1's account of the incident was confirmed with witnesses on scene. Deputy Acosta will follow up.
